Dear young leaders,
On behalf of the PES Group in the European Committee of the Regions, we would like to sincerely thank you for applying to this yearâs Young Elected Politicians (YEP) Programme.
We regret to inform you that you were not selected for this edition. The programme received an exceptionally high number of applications, and with only a limited number of places available, the selection process was highly competitive.
However, we very much hope this will not discourage you from staying engaged with us. On the contrary, we strongly encourage you to apply again next year. Your motivation and commitment to building a stronger, fairer and more sustainable Europe are exactly what our progressive network needs.
In the meantime, we are pleased to share below several opportunities to stay involved with the PES Group, connect with fellow progressives from across Europe, and continue contributing to new ideas for a more social, fair and sustainable future.đ

More than 700 young leaders from all over Europe are already part of it. Now it's your turn! In this first email, we would like to give you a flavour of our activities.
Political debates, School of Young Elected Politicians, and campaignsÂ
Each year, we organise events to bring together our members and other progressive local and regional politicians from across the EU, to which we invite young leaders like you as speakers and participants to contribute with their ideas and share their experiences. You can find all the past events via this link and new ones will be published soon.
Join the EU Councillors Network
Apply to be part of the network managed by the European Committee of the Regions and the European Commission. â Take this opportunity to stay updated with European laws, funding programmes and debates.
