Reimbursement rules and procedure
The reimbursement procedure is different from the one of our call, so it's important that you read it carefully.
PES will provide accommodation in shared bedrooms and will cover all meals.
Your travel costs by flight or train will be reimbursed for 80% of the total price of the flight ticket, up to max 200€. Public transport to and from the airport or railway station will be reimbursed up to 25€. Reimbursement requests must be submitted before the event.
