S&D Group and PES Group reinforce political partnership
Dear Members,
We are pleased to inform you that, on Thursday 10 September in Athens, Luca Menesini, President of the PES Group in the European Committee of the Regions, and Iratxe García Pérez, President of the S&D Group in the European Parliament, signed a Reinforced Political Collaboration Agreement between our two political groups.
The agreement marks an important step in strengthening cooperation between the European, local and regional levels of our progressive political family, and in bringing our shared political priorities closer together.
