📣 Last minute invitation | PES Group meeting & networking events for YEPs in Florence, 3-4 November 2022

Dear Young Elected Politicians,

We would like to invite you to join our PES Group members for a 2-day meeting and study visits in Florence on 3-4 November 2022.

This will be the occasion to discuss key issues facing young people today and jointly come up with a progressive vision for the future of young people in Europe. This is then the place to be for you, young leaders!

The programme, created by the PES Group in coordination with Eugenio Giani, President of the Region Tuscany, and Dario Nardella, Mayor of Florence, will foresee a study visit + vernissage on Thursday 3 from 14.30 to 19.30 CET and the PES Group meeting from 9.00 to 13.00 CET, to which you will be invited.

Your colleague from Tuscany, Claudia Berti, Municipal Councilor of Capannori, proposed us to organise a possible extra plan tailored for you in her city.

This invitation can't unfortunately be accompanied by any sort of reimbursement of travel/accomodation/meals from our side, but Claudia got in contact with an hostel in Capannori, Ostello la Salana, and managed the favour price of EUR 40 per double room for two nights (meaning EUR 10 per person per night).

Capannori is really close to Pisa train station and Pisa Airport and we would be able to cover your bus transfer from Capannori to Florence and back for attending the meetings of both days.

The commitment and passion of Claudia brings you a great opportunity to discuss together about youth policies and network with our PES Group members.

In order to reserve the buses and to put you in contact with Claudia (who will be the responsible of the extra programme), we kindly ask you to answer to this email SENDING US YOUR CONFIRMATION TO ATTEND THE FULL PROGRAMME, BY SUNDAY 30 OCTOBER.
