From the S&D Group to the PES secretariat, Isabella will deal with Events and Communication
After 10 years spent within the S&D family, Isabella Galimi, Italian journalist, finally find her position inside the same political family, in PES Group at the Committee of the Region. In her career, experience in the Cabinet of the previous S&D President in the European Parliament Gianni Pittella as administrative and travel organizer assistant, and 6 years in the S&D EMPL Committee, as policy and administrative assistant. ❤️ A Powerful female COMM team
In this learning process, Isabella will be trained by the famous PES COMM girls team, made up by Katya, Overall coordination of communication activities, Vanessa, Campaign and Social media overall coordination , and Olga, Social media content, videos and Ukraine focus. This team is very famous not only because the girls are high level professional, but also because they are exceptional women, with great human qualities, and obviously, beautiful and very young. 🙌 Sharing our PES priorities, working together ahead the European Election
The COMM team will be involved in several events and action aimed to involved progressive cities and regions in the electoral campaign for the European Parliament, using the EP official slogan USE YOUR VOTE. The elections days in Europe are foreseen from 6 to 9 May. The new Parliament will be officially constituted in Strasbourg , in the July session, a whole week when the new Members will vote for the Presidency and the Constituency Body. 🌹 A new challenge for Isabella
The new comer at the PES Group is now facing her biggest challenge ever: be a quick learner, a great worker, a good colleague, managing her 2 small kids, Nicolo', 3 years old, and Michele, 7 months old, this little one, in particular, constantly sick! Will be Isabella able to manage everything? Let' s see. She still has 8 months until the end of her probation period in order to prove to the PES secretariat and to the competition panel that they have made the good choice on February 26th, selecting her as winner candidate of the PES competition .One thing is certain: Isabella is full of enthusiasm and desire to learn and give her best to this political family.
