Dear members,
Ahead of the international women's day on Sunday 8 March, we would like to invite you to adopt the resolution to combat violence against women and declare your city or region a #SafePlace4Women.
Every month, across Europe, more and more progressive regions and cities are adopting our resolution, thanks to the strong commitment of local and regional leaders. Many others have already pledged to take concrete action for women and girls, showing the deep political engagement of progressives in this cause.
Making our cities and regions safer places is possible!

Step 2: Adopt the resolution in your city or regional council! You can edit the word document
Step 3: Declare your city or region a #SafePlace4Women on social media
Template message: “My city is a #SafePlace4Women” or “I want my city to be a #SafePlace4Women”. The sign can be written in English or your native language.
