I presenti discuteranno le riforme necessarie a costruire il mondo nuovo, con particolare riferimento alle modifiche istituzionali per rafforzare la capacità di agire dell'UE, alle sfide poste dalla prospettiva dell'allargamento, a come adeguare le risorse finanziarie.
