It is in regions and cities all over Europe that progressive change starts… 

🌹 ​ Making the Pillar of Social Rights a reality

If social rights are the glue that hold society together, they must become a reality for all citizens. Discover our campaign "Go the extra mile for #SocialEurope", which showcases how progressive local and regional leaders are championing local initiatives that ensure decent wages for workers, decent and accessible housing for all, inclusive child education, and much more.

✊ Combatting violence against women on the ground 

The fight for women’s rights has been at the centre stage of our actions in 2023. We push for a feminist agenda and advocate for an inclusive society in which all women can feel safe: in every place and at any time. 

🙌 ​ Shaping the future of Cohesion policy 

We are implementing European policies on the ground. This comes with a strong cohesion policy and a budget that allows for tackling the many new challenges we are facing.

🏠 Providing decent and affordable housing for all

Housing is a human right that must be guaranteed to everybody. We fight for a socially just and sustainable Europe, that makes sure every citizen benefits from decent, affordable and sustainable housing.

🚵 ​ Fighting for a Fair Green Deal 

Ahead of the next European elections 2024, we call for a clear commitment from Europe to support our efforts to make the Green Deal a #FairGreenDeal for every citizen. How? Make up your mind by reading our 15-point declaration.

📢 Empowering young local and regional leaders 

It is high time to empower young local and regional leaders to become the protagonists of the change Europe needs. We invited 50 of them to our #ProgressivesSpeakUp School in Valencia to speak about gender equality.
